Abstract

Purpose : How to influence meaningful experiences to motivate salespeople with an orientation on the identification Consumer satisfaction with the reward at the sales employee Textile in South Surabaya. Design/methodology/approach : The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, the research focuses on hypothesis testing. The data used is the data measured and will produce results that can be generalized. This study is causal because it will examine the influence between variables. Findings Based on the results of the regression analysis shows that the significance value (Sig) t is 0.025. Because the value (Sig) 0.025 t less than the level ? 5% (0.05), the satisfaction of reward (pay satisfaction) strengthening the influence of a meaningful experience (experienced meaningfulness) to motivate salespeople to make customer orientation significantly. Research limitations/implications : This study uses the sales advisor respondents. General job description of this section is to conduct the sale of textile unit according to the targets set, which includes the search for Consumers (prospecting), Negotiation, closing, administrative process of sales, delivery and complaint. Practical implications : A validity test is used to determine the extent of measuring instruments used actually measure what yang want to be measured. The test is performed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. Originality/value : The results showed meaningful experience (experienced meaningfulness) significantly affect the motivation of salespeople to make customer orientation and satisfaction with rewards (pay satisfaction) strengthening the influence of meaningful experience (experienced meaningfulness) to motivate salespeople to make customer orientation significantly.

Abstract

Purpose : To generate good employee performance, then employee discipline factors need to be improved and maintained continuity. Design/methodology/approach : Research approach, Quantitative approach is research that focuses on testing the hypothesis. Data used should be measurable and will result in generalizable conclusions. This research was causal because it would examine the influence between variables. Findings The result of CAAR is showed that CAAR abnormal return significantly merely happen in research period III. While, for t-test towards AAR showed that abnormal return happened in period II and III tax amnesty execution Research limitations/implications : The object of this research is company which recorded as a member in LQ45 indexes. Practical implications : The result of CAAR is showed that CAAR abnormal return significantly merely happen in research period III. While, for t-test towards AAR showed that abnormal return happened in period II and III tax amnesty execution, with details in period II abnormal return merely happen in t-1 with negative value and period III abnormal return happen in t-9, t-8, t-4, t-3, t+1 and t+9. Originality/value : In improving work discipline, assertiveness imposed on employees who violate discipline should also be noted.

Abstract

Purpose : The result of this research are expected to provide information to the investors to face the similar event so that investors can make decisions to taking profit in the future. Design/methodology/approach : The model of this event study research is using 45 issuers of LQ45 indexes member during test period for 10 days before and after the event. The statistic test which used in this research is paired sample-test towards CAAR and counting t-test towards AAR.. Findings The result of CAAR is showed that CAAR abnormal return significantly merely happen in research period III. While, for t-test towards AAR showed that abnormal return happened in period II and III tax amnesty execution Research limitations/implications : The object of this research is company which recorded as a member in LQ45 indexes. Abstract

Purpose : The purpose of this research was to know the reasons or causes of lack or absence of Christian Education teachers Design/methodology/approach : The method used in this research was explorative-descriptive case study. Case study procedure in this research had four stages: description (observing/studying), analysis (trying to understand), interpretation (interpretation of data), and action (action plan based on the result of research data). Findings : the main obstacle to procurement of Christian Education teachers as Non-Permanent Teachers was lack or absence of budget Research limitations/implications : This study was limited to the number of Christian students. Interview means that the researcher asked questions to school administrators to obtain information according to research variables. To complete the information required, the researcher observed on the implementation of Christian Education at Public Elementary School in Sub-district of Candisari, Semarang. Practical implications : First, in Sub-district of Candisari there were 37 Public Elementary Schools. Thirty-six schools had Christian students. There were only six Christian Education teachers who teaching Christian Education at 16 schools. Six Christian Education teachers for 16 schools, mean 43% of schools had teachers who teaching Christian Education. That mean 57% or 20 Public Elementary Schools in Sub-district of Candisari had no Christian Education teachers. Originality/value : the Government or the school administrators were less concerned with the implementation of Christian Education, then the church (Christian community) must be willing to assume the responsibility by sending and financing Christian Education teachers to schools that did not have Christian Education teachers yet

Abstract

The purpose of this research first to identify and analyze variables influence creativity and innovation simultaneously towards entrepreneurship. Second, to identify and analyze variables influence creativity partially towards entrepreneurship. Third, to identify and analyze the partial effect of the innovation variables on entrepreneurship. Fourth, to identify and analyze the dominant influence between creativity and innovation of entrepreneurship.. Design/methodology/approach : This type of research is exploratory. Types of data used are data collected by primary and save a list of questions. Findings : The results are as follows: first, variables influence creativity and innovation simultaneously towards entrepreneurship. Second, creativity variables partially influence on entrepreneurship. Third, innovation variables partially influence on entrepreneurship. Fourth, innovation variables have the most impact on entrepreneurship. Research limitations/implications : Location of the research done on small welding shop in the district of Sidoarjo. Practical implications : The essence of entrepreneurship is the ability to create something new and different through creative thinking and innovative action to create opportunities. Originality/value : The role of SMEs can be said to be very important in the national economy. The role is mainly in the aspects such as increased employment opportunities, equity, income, rural economic development, and increase non-oil exports. Entrepreneurship is the ability to be creative and innovative basic, tips, and resources to look for opportunities to success.

Abstract

The aim for this paper is a) to identify the difficulties and problems faced by UKM in obtaining venture capital loans. b) Determining the strategy of development of UKM through increased ease of working capital credit facilities through credit channeling institution. Design/methodology/approach : This type of research is exploratory. Types of data used are data collected by primary and save a list of questions. Findings : The results are as follows: More than 50% of UKM have difficulty capital. UKM that utilize external capital sources of credit channeling institution only at 17.50%. Reason UKM have not utilized most of the credit is a factor of the policies, terms and loan interest rates are quite high.. Research limitations/implications : Location of the research done on UMKM in the district of Nganjuk. Practical implications : there are several strategies that can be done are (1) Optimizing the role KKMB in nurturing and mentoring the UKM prospect will apply for business loans, (2) promoting financing for results or venture capital, (3) enhance the role of credit guarantee institutions for UKM prospects will hit their collateral requirements. It is expected that with the implementation of the above strategies, the prospects of UKM no longer have difficulty in obtaining loans from the venture capital Credit Channeling Institutions. Originality/value : UKM provide a significant contribution to employment, amounting to 99.6 percent. Meanwhile, the contribution of UKM to Gross Domestic Product (PDB) by 56.7 percent. In the process of economic recovery of Indonesia, the UMKM sector has a strategic role and importance that can be viewed from various aspects
